The new Tannoy importer didn’t bring in Cheviot but only the SGM-12, which we were told is more or less a Cheviot with the controls moved. And one more difference: They raised the price to $3995 each.

Now, it’s been speculated that they didn’t bring in Cheviot because we have a lot in stock, and our price is way less than $3995 they ask for the SGM.
